Review: Our roof was replaced by Morris Clark 5 years ago. Since the work was completed, we have had a leak between the original roof layer and the new layer. The water runs behind the gutter and into the eaves. Which was never an issue before the roof replacement. They have been back to our home several times to "Fix" the issue but to no avail. The leak is still there. There idea of a "Fix" has been to "caulk" or "seal" the shingles together. I am convinced that the shingles have been improperly installed (Poor wokmanship) and this has caused the issue.Desired Settlement: We respectfully request that they fix the roof correctly (replacement) so that it does not leak. Repeatedly sealing the roof shingles together obviously does not remedy the issue.

We understand customers frustration. We have been out trying to solve the problem. Shingles are installed correctly. We suspect chimney or vent issue. It is our intention to replace the roof if necessary to find the leak and satisfy the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9484127, and until my roof no longer leaks, this issue is not resolved..
