Poor quality and customer serviceWe had a new home built with stained floors our contractor (who also will not help with these proublems) hired Morris Decorative finishes to stain our floors, we have water stains in our cabinets, stains and sealer peeling up, and stains in the sealer all within a year of moving into the houseNow we are told they won't warranty the floor because we wanted an extra coat of sealer due to blotchy spots in the floorWhen no one ever informed me of the warranty in the first place

I want to compliment Mike M for the wonderful job and service I received from him. It was first class work and I appreciate it so much in a world where most just do a mediocre job. Thank you so much
