Morris Designer Blinds

First of all I was shocked to learn of this complaint because of the nature surrounding itThe customer stated that she had contacted my son (on his cell phone) which in and of itself is incorrect protocolCustomer also, listed that I had contacted her and stated that I was out of town and preferred to be present in order to render a resolutionThe complaint by the customer was issued on the same day that I returned to the area from Wisconsin, the customer assumed that I was ignoring her which was simply not the case She has had several experiences with us as a company and in my opinion they all were great; which is why I can't understand how she thought we would not honor our word! On October 3rd the same day of the complaint my son Jason and myself visited the costumer's home at around 7:pm We resolved all of the customers issues by simply demonstrating once again how to properly operate the blinds and also, explained our procedures as it refers to not placing sides on positioning of certain valancesAs far as I know this resolved all complaints initially and I also told the customer to sleep on it and if there's anything else we could do to make her happy feel free to call our office

I am rejecting this response because: Greetings if I can texts someone it would show my texts messages and pictures to Owner and son ***If we had not correspond with each other how would I know he was out of town AND he wanted to be present when time to correct the problemThis information is correct and can send it to another phone.! They came on 10/3:at 7:PM and son *** played with picture window blinds and what I compliant of not closing properlyThe Owner told his son this to correct this and took over showing both of usI never was informed that this would occur and how to correct itOwner did tell me to sleep on it if I wanted to switch out the track I'm doing some reach on it. The blinds are beautiful and I was happy how they lookOn the sides for the blinds in my bedroom, the owner said if I move he would provide the sides to my blinds. The Owner did say he would do what I want as his job is to satisfy his countersI told him when he didn't call after in September two different times that he was ignoring meHe said he wasn't but a call to keep me informed would have been great.Thanks,***
