Yes we sold a motorhome to Mr.*** * *** on Sept 2014.We also gave him a tow dolly to tow his F150 Ford truckWe contacted Ford Company about towing his truck and they said it could be towed with dollyWe asked these questions with Mr*** presentWe also loaded his truck on to the dolly upon his request due to the fact he could not and did not know howThe motorhome did break down due to a clutch fan going out in which is common problem sometimesWe have been in contact with Mr*** concerning his issues and we are in the process of getting them handled

ONE OF THE REASONS FOR AN IMMEDIATE TOW IS PARKING IN THE GRASS. ON 6-15-2014 OUR DRIVER WAS CHECKING THE PROPERTY AND CAME ACROSS A 2009 TOYOTA AVALON PARKED IN THE GRASS. WHEN THE DRIVER WAS HOOKING UP THE VEHICLE THE OWNER CAME OUT. HE EXPLAINED WHY THE VEHICLE WAS BEING TOWED. THE OWNER CALLED THE POLICE. WHEN THE POLICE ARRIVED THE VEHICLE OWNER SPOKE WITH THEM AND THEN THEY SPOKE WITH OUR DRIVER. THE DRIVER SHOWED THE OFFICER THE AGREEMENT WE HAVE WITH THE COMMUNITY AND THE PICTURES OF THE VIOLATION AND EXPLAINED WHY HE WAS TOWING THE CAR. THE OFFICER THEN SPOKE WITH THE VEHICLE OWNER AND TOLD HIM HE WAS IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DRIVER $75.00 TO DROP THE VEHICLE AT THAT TIME. IF HE DID NOT PAY THE DROP FEE THE VEHICLE WOULD BE IMPOUND TO OUR LOCATION AND HE WOULD HAVE TO COME HERE AND PAY THE FULL IMPOUND FEE.
