Complaint [redacted] is still unresolved and ongoing. Though Morris Eye group has made efforts to complete my sons exam, I am sorry to say that he still does not have a complete Contact Prescription, and come to find out, the eye glasses Prescription is incomplete and unsaleable. I do have confidence through past communications that Morris Eye Group will follow through on their promises, but I've been unable to reach them and have had no returned calls.

Customer was quoted $506.00 for new condenser fan motor which we did install. Customer complained the price was too high. The bill was adjusted to $275. Customer refused to pay $275.00 so it was turned over to collections. The agreed upon price was $275.00 at which time the customer still refused to...

Review: Confirmed with Morris Eye Group located at 1930 Via Centre Dr Vista, CA 92081 and insurance company that eye exam was in network and fully covered for both myself and my husband. When we arrived they charged us specialist co-pay and a fitting fee before they would give my husband his contact prescription so our fully covered eye exam with prescription cost us $120. They push mono vision which we didnt want and did not inform us of the extra charges until time of service. My husband was out of contacts and needed them that day. They did not disclose prior to visit that they would be charging additional amounts even after I confirmed we were covered.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund but have already been told by company that they would not regardless of contacting Revdex.com. At the very least would like other consumers to know that this company does not provide complete information and will over charge their customers
