Morris Flooring feels like we addressed all the issues the customer listed in a timely fashion. We offered a discount based on the customer's expectations, and when we asked if they had any other issues that we needed to resolve on the punch...
list, they had already resolved the issues by themselves. Morris Flooring was under the impression that all items had been resolved based on payment in full less the offered discount. We are genuinely sorry this customer was unsatisfied. If we would have known that they were still unhappy we would have continued to work with them to resolve their issues.
