Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: First of all, I received no phone calls on the day of the reservationAs a matter fact I was the one who called numerous time and was not able to get in touch with anyone to explain to them that I wanted to change my reservation date for a different dateSecond of all I never asked for a refund because I wanted to use it on a different dayAll I said to this Junior person is that "I called a few times and now I'm looking for a manager who can help me solve this issueI told him the first First time I actually received any answer it was from a lady told me to call back at 3pm and that was on the day after the day I was to check inAfter I explained to junior that I had an emergency neither me or my girlfriend could not have made it that dayI told them I'm not looking for a refund but it is wrong for them to just keep my money and not willing to make any accommodationI said all I want is to be able to use the money I paid on a different dayHe got nasty, I told him I know the law they can't just take my money like thatHe said well if you know the law then go do what you gotta do! I said this is how you talk to a customer? Really? He said that's how you wanna talk then that's how I will talk to youI asked for his name and his positionHe said he is the owner and told me his nameAnd said anything else? Morris guest house is a small establishment where we provide accommodations per nightWe were in shoke to receive this complaint from [redacted] , jean due to this guest being a returning guestOn [redacted] came to the morris guest house front desk to reserve a room for the following day (116) due to wanting to pay for in advance because he was going to come late at night due to work and he wanted his girlfriend to pick up the keys with in check in hours with no problem of paying.All our guest must leave either a $deposit or a credit card on file in case of damages that may occur with in there stayThe deposit would be returned the next morning at check out or the card would be clear off the file if not needed for further charges [redacted] decided to just leave a credit card on file and was given his receipt and also was reminded of the non refundable\ no modify policy that is also stated on the site the reservation was made fromThe next day 1\**\(his check in date) Mr.Seavener was called numerous of times to confirm check in time but we recieved no answersThe following day the guest talked to junior about receiving a refund for his no show and he was told due to policy he can not modify or recieve a credit for his stayThe guest was upset but said ok and stay we will hear from him againWe are sorry we lost a valued guest but we can not honor any refund or change of date for the stayThank you
