Good morning ***, Sorry for the delay in response I have been out of town over the holidays, and I have been going threw your file to make sense of this, maintenance service.my office manager from early had notes on your file saying that she had called for appointment, left message, and that she was going to call for appointment.How ever there is no report in your file on work preformed, so with that being said.I am going to send you a refund for the amount of the service contract $Please confirm that your mailing address is the sameIn regards to the warranty the manufacture gives a factory parts warranty, will not expire until that is good for any A/C contractor.The manufacture gives the home owner days to register there product with them directly on line, to enter in there personal info,For a FREE additional parts only warrantyThe manufacture does not like, or advise me to do this for the customersAnd I have never assumed this responsibility before Again i'm sorry for any confusionThanks [redacted]
