They have done a great job, my pool has never looked better.
Morris Pools in an A+ business. Found them using a groupon and have been extremely satisfied with their service.
Prompt and responsive. Been using Morris for 1 year and very satisfied.
We were dissatisfied by the lack of service, commitments not met and lack of ownership to meet customer needs.
It has been very painful and expensive for our family not to enjoy the pool during the summer. Mr M[redacted] requested $625 initially to empty and acid wash the pool but right after that service he started sending inexperienced personnel who did not even remove the leaves from the bottom of the pool.
We do not understand why this contractor would even be recommended by anyone, perhaps the high demand during the summer does not allow them to take care of new customers.... but clearly in our opinion, the worst experience with pool contractors in Arizona.
