My vehicle was towed illegally from my apartment complex in my assigned parking spaceI was given three different amount of fees I would have to pay for the release of my vehicleupon the release of my vehicle I felt vibrations and heard thumping sounds coming from my right front passager sideI took my vehicle into Firestone The technician and I noticed my right front tire had a deep bald spot as a result of being dragged improper while being towing It appears driver didn't raise the front wheels high enough on the dolly equipmentHe had towed it from the rear with a regular tow truck Prior to my vehicle being towed, my tires had no bald spots It is a new car (model) I purchased less than a year ago and the tires could not have been damaged this muchThey don't want to take responsibility and pay for my tire

I was given three different amount of fees I would have to pay for the release of my vehicle. upon the release of my vehicle I felt vibrations and heard thumping sounds coming from my right front passager side. I took my vehicle into Firestone. The technician and I noticed my right front tire had a deep bald spot as a result of being dragged improper while being towing. It appears driver didn't raise the front wheels high enough on the dolly equipment. He had towed it from the rear with a regular tow truck. Prior to my vehicle being towed, my tires had no bald spots. It is a new car (2016 model) I purchased less than a year ago and the tires could not have been damaged this much. They don't want to take responsibility and pay for my tire.
