warnings, we simply had no choice but to stop working for her. After we had to stop working for her, Ms. [redacted] made up excuse after excuse to try to get out of paying for our work and started making up things that are simply not true. The statements in her complaint are false. We never “got angry” with Ms. [redacted]. We never demanded that Ms. [redacted] pay anything immediately. We have responded to every question about our bills and explained why they are correct. There have never been any “overcharges” or agreements to pay less than what was owed. We were forced to send back a check from Ms. [redacted] because she wrote “Payment in full” on the bottom of the check, which it was not. We charged Ms. [redacted] properly for our initial consultation and we have never done any work that was not authorized and directed by Ms. [redacted]. We have continued to wait to try to give her chance to pay before we turn this account over to collections, which could incur more costs to Ms. [redacted]. We were extremely efficient in our work and we obtained a fantastic result from our efforts, exactly what Ms. [redacted] asked for when she hired us. We have an agreement with Ms. [redacted] and many emails to confirm everything in this response that, unfortunately, Revdex.com cannot include in this response. Unfortunately, if you do business long enough you will eventually run into a person who will request and accept your good work and then try not to pay you using ever means possible, including trying to slander your reputation. This is that situation. Fortunately, we have many great clients who appreciate our great work and who pay their bills.
