Stay away from this agency. I used a caregiver that came to my house on time, but left early without calling me. My son had to call me to say that she had left. When I asked her why she left, she said she didn't think she had to stay the 4 hours we agreed to. I gave her specific instructions regarding dinner, etc. I then called the agency, Family Care Connection. The owner only said she was sorry and said she would look for someone else. She said obviously that wasn't a good fit. Well, hello, the lady left, Fire her. I will not ever call them again. You are better off finding sitters/nannies through friends.
