file.  The information released was public information. I have spoken to the customer numerous times in which she was yelling, using profanity, threatening with no results.  The customer has also called the center in the same manner. We provided services and received no payment, the customer has left with a balance owing.  The reason for the customer leaving was that she owed money.  The child was not injured or maimed but did suffer an ant bite on the playground.  There were three reports of bumps all documented.   The last date of services provided was June 11,2015.      I am unsure as to the monies she is claiming that she is owed and I am also unsure as to what significance the date May 28,2015 has.  If you should need more information or copies of any of her statements or documentations of her conversations please notify me. Debra W[redacted]Valley Child Care and Learning CentersCactus Preschools[redacted]
