The title was transferred and the customer received the title with an error and the state was responsible to correct the error on the title , we did send the customer a check for the $transfer fee to get the title corrected This is the first I was aware of this problem , If I knew about
this sooner it would have been corrected sooner I am sorry about the error on the title , the error was the states error
