Review: During the installation of a new roof by a Morrison & Co. crew, a 22-foot section of gutter
above our two-car garage was broken off and discarded. Paul Morrison said he would
get a temporary replacement. We initially declined because he was going to replace all
the gutters, as well as installing new windows and siding. However, he has not completed
those projects and has not responded to several emails and a voicemail requesting he
contact us.Desired Settlement: To have the 22-foot section of gutter replaced due to the company's error.
