When remodeling a home it is a stressful time, as your home is not your home, It becomes a construction siteUnfortunately for my friend who took the lowest bid price for his project, he got what he paid forHe got an unreliable contractor that couldn't be counted on, his contractor wouldn't show up some days, his contractor would show up randomly and work for a few hours here and there, always had an excuse as to why he couldn't work that day, extending his remodeling project for several months longer than he was told, and into the winter months they went
I hired Morrison remodeling based on thier professionalism and word of mouth reputationThe were the middle priced bid, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, theses guys showed up to work when they said they would and when they were suppose to, they kept the job site clean, they communicated well with my husband and I, they were professional and dedicated to our home remodeling project

Keith Morrison is most conscientious, honest and skilled builder/ contractor we ever met. He provides detailed plans and options, his contracts are very clear and he sticks to it. He maintains excellent communication throughout the project. When he commits to a projects he arrives early each morning, and he and his crew work full days. We have trusted him with at least 2 major remodels and many other jobs over the past 20 years and each time his work was superb. In fact Keith has worked on several of our neighbors' homes ( at least 6-7) and all have been extremely pleased with his work. His integrity is impeccable.
