I spoke with *** *** about his concern and as explained to him there are no guarantees against concrete cracking and small hairline cracks are to be expectedOut of courtesy and appreciation for the business we received from *** *** I told him I would in fact come patch the small hairline
crackI did attempt to patch the crack a few weeks back and when I arrived there were other contractors working on the home inside while using the walkway to get in and outI decided it'd be best to wait until another time to patch the crack and will do so sometime this weekI advised *** *** of my attempt to patch the crack and advised I'd be out one day this week Thank you,Mark M***
