I am writing in regards to the experience I had while visiting Clay Subaru on Thursday May 25th and again on Tuesday May 30th I own a Subaru Impreza and was experiencing vibration in the front end and down the center of my vehicleMy own mechanic diagnosed this as being an issue with the drive shaft of my vehicle and informed me that since this is covered under the Subaru powertrain warranty, I should make arrangements at a Subaru dealership to have it replaced I made an appointment with Clay Subaru since it is located near my job and dropped my vehicle off for what I thought would be the start of my drive shaft replacementAfter several hours I received a phone call from the service advisor stating that the cause of the vibration was not the drive shaft, but that the vehicle needed to have the tires rotated and balanced, an alignment performed, and have the rotors resurfacedI was informed that none of these things were covered under either Subaru warranty or the exten

I purchased a Subaru [redacted] in May The car immediately on driving off the lot had the ABS brake light on which was said to be a recall issue and repairedUpon driving on the highway , it was noted that the car would shake when braking to slow down to exitAgain within 2-days of purchase the car was returned and I was told there was nothing wrongThe car continued to have difficulties with braking and finally on my third return I was given paperwork from 5/10/that stated that the 'front brake pads and rotors were worn below specsRemoved and replaced the front pads and rotors'The car drove better but still had some issues with occasional shaking when the brakes were applied from a high speed which we thought must be due to the car itself eleven months and 10,miles later the brakes suddenly had a metallic soundThe service department once again said the front brakes and pads needed to be replaced and that they were not replaced last yearWhen I went

So I call up interested in a particular [redacted] they have after searching for a whileI speak with the guy and he tells me more information about the previous owner taking very good care of the car....so I am super interested nowThe guy says if I make an appointment they can take it off the lot an hour before I arriveI give him my name and set an appointment for Get out of work at and rush thereI get to the dealership and they are selling the car to someone else and just said "sorry" and blamed it on their own employees not being trained properlyThen the owner says if I put down a deposit they would have held itWell if I was asked I would have gladly done so!!! Especially seeing as how I was driving an hour away on a work night Absolutely disgusted with this dealership's serviceTravel an hour out of my way after being misledI would not trust anything this dealership tells you

I bought a from Clay Subaru 4/26/ Drove up from my home (hour min) to pick the vehicle up on 4/29/after they told me it was ready to go When I got to the dealership, nothing was done to car except washed on outside Breaks were not fixed, car was not detailed inside (hand marks and dirt obvious) nor outside, the rug to be fixed on floor was still folded down, sticker on back was not taken off, and no inspection sticker They told me to bring car back at my convenience and they would do everything I brought car back up on May 13th where I was asked to wait while they did everything When I got there, there was nobody able to do any of it They gave me a loaner/rental car and was told it should be ready in a few days days passed when I was told everything was all taken care of The brakes, the rug, the keys being programed, detailed inside and out, the sticker on the back of the car taken off Two people called and told me it was ready I drove back up W

Today my family and I went to Clay Subaru to purchase a [redacted] TouringWe met with the sales person after test driving the car and after going back on forth on the best price they could offer us, the sales person brought over the General Manger, Oscar L [redacted] According to Oscar he was offering us the best price he could give us on the carWe were looking to get an additional incentive and when I say additional we were looking to get another $off the price, it was NOT going to break a dealershipAgain after several back and forth during the conversation, the General Manager very rudely stands up and says to my family and I "I am not going to be insulted here" at no point during the conversation our family insulted this man, in fact the one who insulted us is himHe was rude, condescending and rolled his eyes several times to my mother and II'm sure if a man was sitting in front of him he would not dare to do this to themNot only did this very unprofessional and rude person offended us but he also lost a sale on a year end closing that I am sure he wanted to getHis title of "General Manager" is undeserving, shows no respect and an absolute lack of leadershipI do not recommend Clay Subaru to anyone, Oscar L [redacted] should be ashamed of himself for the way he behaved and looked like an absolute fool in front of his staff

After searching for months, I found the vehicle I had been looking for at Clay Subaru in ***, MassachusettsI decided to go see it in person even though it was approximately an hour awayUpon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by one of the salesman by the name of ***Initially, *** seemed like an honest, trustworthy gentleman, but I was sadly mistakenAfter looking at, test driving, and bringing the vehicle to my mechanic, I was pleasantly surprisedThere were a few minor issues or what I thought were minor issues at the time The car was everything I had wanted thoughI had informed the salesman I was pleased with the vehicle, but wanted some time to think about the financing and down payment, etcHe almost forced me into the sales office to speak with him and the finance manager which should have been the first red flagI eventually talked my way into a $deposit and hours to reach a decisionI ended up buying the vehicle with a few stipulationsI wanted
