asked him if he wanted to sell a ladder that was lying next to his garage. Periodically he would come back outside to watch or be nosey or whatever the case my have been. It wasn't a TREE that fell on his fence it was the tip of a limb which was roped down from above. The Butt of the limb was tied to the upper trunk and the tips were what swung down onto the 1 top fence rail. I think if you had it fixed you had them give you a false bill that was much higher. So you could profit from something you didn't earn.
