The boat was ordered with a tandem axle trailer, at no fault of our own the boat was delivered from the manufacturer on a single axle trailer at the lower price the single axle trailers costOur customer was given the option of taking the boat
with the single axle trailer prior to arriving at the store with a substantial discount, very close to dealer cost on the boat and trailer, or wait for us to get the tandem axle trailerOur customer chose to take the boat and discount as the package was delivered by the manufacturerWe were very clear to our customer as soon as we noticed the issue with the trailer, and gave him plenty of opportunity for us to correct the issue, he chose to take the package at the substantial discount

first they never ask me to to wait to get the tandem axle trailerfrom the time they told me the tandem axle trailer was ordered in the email to the time the boat arrived there was no communication about if the boat was ordered with the tandem trailer the bottom line is that they promised me the trailer and it did not show up that wayIm very unhappy of this situation and on how they are handling thiswho does bussiness like this I dont know of anybody

Dealer's Report of Sale issued at time of purchase. This is the address the title was mailed to.
I have checked with each person he would have had contact with in the sales process (salesman, finance agent, sales manager) and no one has had contact with customer regarding a title problem. I am the person who processes title work for the dealership and I have not had contact with the customer either.

I have never received a title for my motorcycle. My P.O. box was never changed and was given. I have talked to three different people trying to get it since purchasing. My street address has changed but that has nothing to do with mailing address

Customer's P.O. Box was not given at any time during the sale. Every single document in the sale process notates a physical address. Every document the customer signed notates a physical address. His driver license address is also a street address. At this time, the customer will need to contact the DMV Title Processing department to see if it is in their drawer of undelivered titles. That number is 775-684-4810. Since the title has been issued to the customer's address we were given at the time of the sale, we have fulfilled our legal obligation.

Seller was told of mailing address during sell and contacted after with numerous calls of being told that p.o. box was on file.

Contact Email: [redacted] came in on a Saturday, I had one of my Mechanics take a quick look at the bike, I was told of a couple of issues with...

the bike. I told [redacted] the issues with the bike and made a offer on her bike. [redacted] agreed to the price and I told her that I will still need to have a full inspection on the bike, I also told her at that time that I did not have a check signer at the store and I probably would not have one at the store until the following Tuesday or Wednesday. She said that would be fine. I also told her that I could either mail her the check or she could drive in from out of town. She said to mail the check. The following Tuesday, I received several calls from [redacted], and I informed her that the owner had not come in at that point. [redacted] told me she needed the money by Wednesday so that she and her daughter could go see [redacted]'s husband who is attending [redacted] in [redacted] asked if we could overnight the check to her. When the owner of Michaels Reno Powersports came in, I immediately had her sign the check and we sent her check to her with a overnight status. Not once did [redacted] argue or disagree with the price that we agreed on. We also bought the bike from [redacted] with no title, which is something we do not generally do. I feel we went above and beyond for her.

I was searching for a reliable moving company. Some of my friends recommended Morrison Moving so I gave them a call. I spoke with a gentleman named [redacted] who was very polite. I decided to give them a try. Wow! I was amazed at the customer serve and professionalism that this company offered. Everything got delivered safely. The crew was just amazing. Thanks
