They are *** unwilling to work, *** they will leave you with a law suit
On May 7, 2020, Mr. M. from Morrison Moving went to Ms. S.'s apartment to provide an in house estimate for her upcoming move May 21, 2020. Upon arrival Mr. M. noted the foul aroma coming from the apartment. Upon entering he noted there was cat feces all over the floor, an overflowing dirty litter box, garbage was laying on the counter tops as well as the floors. Mr. M. advised that her place was a mess and it needed to be cleaned and tidy by the move date. Ms. S. advised it would be clean and ready to go for move date.
Upon arrival as promised on May 21, 2020, our crew arrived only to be taken back by the odor coming from the apartment. Upon entering the apartment they noticed the garbage laying everywhere on floors, counter tops etc. There was so much clutter and cat feces everywhere. The crew took pictures (which we have) and called the office for advise and spoke to Mr. M. They conveyed their feelings about the unsanitary conditions and health issues. Mr. M. at this time agreed and advised our crew to come back. Upon speaking to Ms. S. Michael advised that she did not live up to her end of the bargain and we would not put our crew in any unsafe, unhealthy working condiitions.
That statement is untrue, the litter boxes were done prior to their arrival, and Ms. S. made it explicitly clear the kitchen was not to be touched (where the cat litter was). There was no reason the workers didn't do their job, we had a different company come the next day, and they did their job without whining. Your company isn't worth the time nor effort and I see how you treat your customers
We choose Morrison Moving for our move from Hamilton to Cambridge. I was very impressed with the customer service that we received from Jackie in customer service. She did a great job following up with me and getting someone over to do an onsite quote. I was also very impressed with the three movers that they sent over to help us move. They were very efficient and worked very hard. Overall the quote was on point and we did not have any damages.
We selected this moving company based on all the positive reviews that we read online. We were not disappointed with our pick. This is the best moving experience that we ever had. What we liked best was that they arrived on time, were personable, and very professional. We were moving a three bedroom apartment to a house that was about 22 minutes away. They took excellent care with our items, and nothing was damaged. We were delighted with the service
