[redacted] represented the Seller in this transactionThe ***s were represented by another brokerage The Seller of the home believed the home was connected to sewer and that is the information given to our brokerage from our client and how the home was listed in MLS After close of escrow it was discovered the home to be on Septic The contract signed by the ***s states it is their responsibility to do all due diligenceThey should of, or were advised by their representation to do the proper inspections that would of uncovered this itemSince they failed to do the proper inspections, they are trying to point blame at innocent parties(Mr [redacted] is a Contractor) As a listing brokerage we can only go off the information given to us by our client [redacted] and his Seller had no knowledge of the septic system or would of disclosed this We are grateful for this complaint being brought to us because now we have evidence of defamation and slander needed [redacted] 's attorney will be sending a letter to the ***s
