I have hired and used Morrison's for majority of my home remodeling needsHaving previously hired another contractor for work on my home in lenox, and being extremely disappointed and taken advantage of, I was very hesitant and lacking trust in hiring any other contractors in the areaFully licensed and insured, Steve guaranteed his workHis workers were very professional and he pulled permits and sent me updates and photos throughout the entire processThe quality of completed work was everything I had hoped for and moreI have since only used Morrison's and will continue to use only them in the futureThank you Steve and crew

Steve Morrison, who is a pretty good salesman, was very helpful in the project planning, which included installing siding for my house and garage His office staff was also friendly and helpful Once the contract was signed, everything was different The contract was signed in Mid-June with work to begin during July and be finished in August The work actually started on September and was completed on December Over months to complete two months of work!!!! I have never seen such an unorganized and unprofessional operation as the work effort on this project There was zero quality control during the work effort and different groups of workers would show up with no idea what the previous group had done and without any detailed direction as to what they were supposed to do Some of the so-called "trained" technicians who showed up to install siding and trim should take up a different line of work, because they surely weren't qualified for the tasks at hand They shouldn't have to do a job over two or three times to get it done correctly Even then, sometimes the work was not done well It would also help if they chose to use the product manufacturer's directions and recommendations to get the job done correctly It took continuous calling, arguing, and threatening to finally get the job done The one benefit of the project taking so long, was that some of the siding and trim went through seasonal temperature changes, which caused some of the siding and trim to come loose, buckle and/or fall off (improper installation), so there was an opportunity for them to fix the problems before I made the final payment on the job
How does the finished product look? From a distance, not too bad, but when you get up close the "workmanship" is obvious
Did Morrison's complete everything that they said they would do in the contract? No
Was the work done in a timely and professional manner? No
Would I consider contacting Morrison Home Improvement for future projects on my home? No Way
Would I recommend them to someone else? Never
