We replaced the customers windshield as she indicated and she did came back several times complaining of an air leak sound.  Also she indicated that we tried to rectifier a problem we didn't find.  We took her car each time for a test drive to hear the leak, we heard nothing.  Then we...

added tape around the window, took it down the highway heard nothing, stopped took tape off window drove back and still heard nothing.  Next we tried air testing the area, and checked if there was any water leakage, as this would explain an air leak sound.  We found nothing, we did add sealant just encase.  There's nothing else we can do.
