This web site is non-functional and has been since I received the first invoice four months agoI have contacted customer service several times both by phone and in writingThey claim to have IT issues that will be resolved shortly and I should not pay the invoice until these issues are resolvedFinally about days ago I received a "Final Notice" and a threat to send me to a collection agency for actionI had no choice but to pay this invoice over the phoneWe all know how dangerous it is to give out credit card information over the phoneAll I got was sincere apologies from the customer service rep and a promise to get return calls from supervisors which of course I never received

Took my daughter to Morristown Hospital emergency room Sept 3, Paid bill in full when received it Now being billed $years later with no justification Was told on 7/25/that the bill would be cancelled Told again on 9/4/ Still getting the bill in the mail each month Being told that it has to be reviewed by a committee but that it will be cancelled Three months later I'm still getting a bill and can't get anyone at the hospital to look at it
