[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:my daughter doesn’t feel comfortable going back to this business and I think I should be reimburse partial payment instead of the free bowlingI personally went up to the counter a number of times from the moment I arrived until 4:The staff didn’t seem to know how to work the machinesThe daughter of the owner had to fix the issue numerous timesAs for the lanes being dark becit was a twilight party, yes the bowling party was twilight but, the end of the lane where the pins were were not light upHow can children play if they cannot see the pins? My bf [redacted] is very much a part of my family even though we aren’t legally marriedNo police officers has come to either of our homes eitherA police officer called my cell phone and [redacted] doesn’t not live in the same town as I do so, I’m not sure exactly how the Morrisville police could have went to his homeThe owner was the only one who was screaming and yellingHis daughter came out yelling as wellWhen [redacted] tried to walk away from the situation the owner called him back in to argue again in front of my entire family who has come from out of stateSo, in orderly resolve the issue of like a particle refund for the issues Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:my daughter doesn’t feel comfortable going back to this business and I think I should be reimburse partial payment instead of the free bowling. I personally went up to the counter a number of times from the moment I arrived until 4:30. The staff didn’t seem to know how to work the machines. The daughter of the owner had to fix the issue numerous times. As for the lanes being dark becit was a twilight party, yes the bowling party was twilight but, the end of the lane where the pins were were not light up. How can children play if they cannot see the pins? My bf [redacted] is very much a part of my family even though we aren’t legally married. No police officers has come to either of our homes either. A police officer called my cell phone and [redacted] doesn’t not live in the same town as I do so, I’m not sure exactly how the Morrisville police could have went to his home. The owner was the only one who was screaming and yelling. His daughter came out yelling as well. When [redacted] tried to walk away from the situation the owner called him back in to argue again in front of my entire family who has come from out of state. So, in orderly resolve the issue of like a particle refund for the issues.
