to be completed by builder.When we were able to start the install we were asked to pick up material which was all changed to 48"x24" tile for floors and 48"x8" for shower walls with 6"x24" tiles for the other walls to be installed on a chevron pattern. I was also told we would have no bullnose or schluter to wrap the corners, they wanted the porcelain tile corners mitered against my recommendation. This was way outside the original bid price and would add on a considerable amount of schedule time.Also upon the start we were told a designer was involved and was trying to design the job over the phone, she never met us in person.Builder decided to add a heated floor and we agreed we would put a circuit breaker alarm(squawk box) to insure the heat was working.We installed the floor, wainscot, shower floor and 90% of the shower walls.They added 2 additional niches, a framed out shelf, a quartz curb, and a quartz bench all not on the original bid.
