Morrow Mechanical performed a tune-up and cleaning of the system on [redacted]. We found the condenser in need of repair, the rest of the system was checked and found to be in operating condition. the duct system was visually inspected and found to be in good condition with no holes. Customer requested...

for us to come back out on [redacted] and perform additional repairs to the condensing unit that were recommended on the previous visit. Almost two months later the customer called and stated that we had left the panel open to the under side of the mobile home possibly exposing the duct work to animals. We sent our technician back out on [redacted] to inspect the duct work and replace the panel. The duct work is still in good condition and the panel the customer is referring to is a piece of plywood that the customer just leans against the home unsecured. In the work that we have performed at the customers house the duct system has not been touched, it is in the same condition to which we found it. During the original visit the piece of plywood was put back in place. We recommend that the customer secure the plywood to the mobile home so it will not fall over when the wind blows. We are sorry but we will not be giving the customer a refund. All work was performed correctly and the temperature imbalances that the customer is speaking of was happening before our tune-up. Tune-ups do not cause temperature imbalances.

The customer called in for a two system tune-up. One of the systems was not working upon inspection by the technician. to Diagnose what is wrong with the system we charge $79 dollars. since we were already at the customers house we only charged him the $59 for the tune-up for diagnosing the problem....

We found a leak in the evaporator coil and gave the customer options to replace the coil or add Freon to the system to allow for temporary cooling. the customer has stated in his complaint that it only requires 7.3 lbs. for a full charge and we gave him an estimate for 10 to 15 pounds. this is not the full story. we stated that the system was low and we did not know the exact amount of Freon needed until we added it to the system that it could possibly only need 3 to 5 pounds but the system holds between 10 to 15 lbs. The condenser holds 7.3 pounds but you have to include the length of the line set and the evaporator coil in the attic to get the correct amount of refrigerant needed.
We have called the customer 3 times prior to the complaint being filed with the Revdex.com to speak with the customer to resolve the issue. We work very hard to take care of our customers but how can we resolve an issue if the customer will not return our call. We will keep call the customer to resolve the issue.
