At this time, I have been contacted directly by Stud Mall Gay Porn DVD Store regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I finally received part of my orderHowever, items were missingOn the packing slip, the missing items were even highlighted
indicating that they were aware that the items were not in the shipmentAfter submitting multiple additional emails without a response, I finally received an email from the company on Aug***The email stated that some of the items are on back orderAs of Aug*, I have still not received the missing items and have not been given a tracking number proving that the items were ever shipped
