Review: On November 19, 2014, I SIGNED A CONTRACT with Nick Morrow Tile & Ralph's Home Improvement to have a patio with a hot tub enclosed. Less than a month after completion, the paint HAD ALREADY started coming off the walls. They used the cheapest flat paint they could find and this was for a room with a hot tub. They did not even put tape across the ceiling nails and the nails have rusted. They put a wire across the wall that does not even go straight across and could have EASILY been HIDDEN under an edge SO THAT IT would not have even been seen. THE PAINT IS EVEN COMING OFF OF THE OUTSIDE DOOR THEY INSTALLED. THE WHOLE PURPOSE FOR ENCLOSING THIS PATIO WAS FOR A HOT TUB ENCLOSURE. THEY WERE MADE AWARE OF THIS FROM THE START. THE MATERIALS USED WERE NOT THE PROPER QUALITY TO HOLD UP TO CONDENSATION AND EVAPORATION. After months and months of trying to get Nick Morrow to come out, he finally came out to look at it. He said he would get someone out as soon as possible. In June 2015, after many calls to him, I told him if he paid my daughter what he would pay his worker that she would repaint the room. He agreed and said to go ahead and buy the paint and he would reimburse me for the paint and to have the room repainted. One excuse after another, I finally realized that he was not going to do anything about the repairs. I told him if I did not hear from him, I was going to contact the Revdex.com. I have YET TO HEAR from him and no repairs have been made. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR (9 months) already. BESIDES THE POOR QUALITY OF THE WORKSMANSHIP, WHILE they were working, NICK and another worker CHAIN smoked and left their cigarette butts LAYING ALL around MY PROPERTY. I am not certain that they got a permit to do this work and it definitely was not inspected.Desired Settlement: With the outrageous price I was charged, the least they can do is pay my daughter to repaint the room PROPERLY WITH THE PAINT AND SUPPLIES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN USED FROM THE START - as promised. Also, the wire going across the wall SHOULD BE MOVED LOWER and STRAIGHTENED. The outside door FIXED to make THAT acceptable.
