Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I certainly understand that there are no guarantees with detective work, but it is assured that if you make little effort, you will get little returnI repeatedly tried to redirect Morse Investigation to another residence where the subject and child were spending their timeThe investigator continued to watch the residence and on the last trip took a picture of the sign leading to the area I had tried to turn them towards.During this time the investigator had a stomach virus and was unable to work, and the last day inclement weather caused him to leave.MrM [redacted] is a smooth talker who saw an opportunity to make some easy money and took it.MrM***, in his response, said his heart ached for me and my grandson, but I suspect that his heart aches because he was unable to bilk me out of the $ [redacted] limit I was willing to investFortunately, I realized what a very poor effort was being made and released Morse InvestigationsMany errors where noted in the information they found themselvesThat is when I truly became uncomfortable about their interest in actually trying to do more than collect some quick money.Further note: My deposit was on my credit card, but the deposit was all it coveredThe day I released them they, of course, charged the deposit to the cardThe email to notify me was in my box 1/9/In that same days email was a notice that the balance was overdueI wasn't about to allow them to have any further access to my credit cardI notified them I was sending the balance by checkI guess for a moment he felt I would try to cheat him out of the balance, but that's his game not mine, and he was paid [redacted]

Morse P.Iservices helped me out with a missing persons case, without getting into to much detail about my caseI will say I was stuck between a rock and a hard place in search of a possible missing family member that I had been looking for, for yearsA private investigator was my last option I contacted Morse Investigation services, and they found the missing person within daysI was very persistent in asking for update throughout the days, this could've been viewed as a nuisance to the Morse company in my opinion, but they were very respectful and understanding in my situationI will gladly recommend their services to anyone in need of help

We were contacted by the client on 12-21-for a child custody investigation The client initially wanted work to be done over Christmas but was informed that we could not start the case that quickly due to existing caseload and the
client agreed that the next best timeframe was New Year's Eve weekend Work was started on this case on Dec as per our agreement and again on 12/31, 1/1, 1/4, 1/5, and 1/6, with surveillance in the field In this case the client was able to provide a lot of details, however key elements were simply wrong and delayed locating the subject(s) as a result Primarily where the father/child was stayingMy heart aches for this client and her grandchild I can only imagine the stress that they are under dealing with drug addicted parents and trying to ensure that their grandchild is safe and wanting to place the blame on someone
In this particular case it was the clients goal to prove that the father was unfit Based on the subject not staying at the address provided by the client and limited time that we had on this case we simply were not able to come to that same conclusion at this time
As with any investigation there is no guarantee on an outcome of a given investigation, particularly when we have to rely initially on the information as it has been provided by the client
