[redacted] , "Customer", placed a date for work to be done, stating she had her own parts Here at Mort's Auto Care, we typically DO NOT do jobs for those who provided parts for their mechanical repairs, because we are a Mechanical Repair Shop [redacted] stated this was a special part that she had previously purchased and her husband DID NOT have time to do the job She also stated her husband had the same car, and he did his work He owns a Honda and she has a Acura, two different Make and Models [redacted] car needed One Rear and both Front Struts put onThe Front Struts did NOT have all the parts needed to complete jobWhen Customer was contacted to let her know they needed Bearing Plates, Customer (***) advised that the factory ones would work, so job was completed by Tech here at Mort's Auto Care as advisedCustomer returned later upset that the nuts had come loose on top of the StrutMort's Auto Care then ordered the parts that were needed to complete the job, value of $not including any Labor ChargesBearing Plates that the Customer was advised of in beginning Mort's Auto Care DID NOT charge her to complete this job just to please the customer This job calls for hours of Labor, which is $an hour, plus the $160.00, totaling $before taxesThe "Bald Man" [redacted] was referencing is the owner of Mort's Auto Care His name is Stan M [redacted]

First off, I did not know that [redacted] was her "husband", her last name being " [redacted] " is " [redacted] ", and the Alignment Man knows of ***s other vehicles I have three attachments, first and second shows original bill, knocking off $because she was not happy, because we did not have all parts to complete job Parts Supplied by Customer Second attachment shows second billing, what customer Paid Third billing shows what she still owes as of October 24, Customer was completely kept up to date on the progress of her vehicle, of the lack of parts, what we ordered and we paid for which is NOT included in the billing, because we wanted to keep her safe and happy Customers billing still has a balance due of $which she has made NO effort to pay.I will have to send copies in multiple messagesWill only allow one attachment at a time

The person who made the comment back from mort's auto Care is giving false information as to my significant other and I having the same carHe took me to pick up my car in his work carWe have cars totalThey have serviced his RSX alsoThey can take a look into *** *** file and see they've recently serviced itThis man is trying to make something out of vehicle make and models for no reasonI took the parts to himSealed still in the box coil overs do not come with a top plate in some cases. From Speedyracer.comthey even informed him they do not come with a top plateSo if he thought for one second he couldn't do it or something wasnt thereHe shouldn't have even touched the vehicle!
