Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I chose "Reject" because I don't understand the "store credit" part of their response On August 7th my Paypal account was charged $70.63, with no subsequent partial refund of the shipping, which is what their email implied [direct quote: "I will also refund the shipping fees for the troubles."] No one ever mentioned a store credit until now, but why would I want a store credit to a place that can't deliver a pretty simple $order in OVER MONTHS Do they really think I want to shop there anymore? I don't want to wait for the other items (I've already purchased them from another business that got them to me in three days, literally less than hours) So I would like to cancel the outstanding items and be reimbursed the cash for themI would also like the seller to honor their promise to "REFUND the shipping fees for the troubles." But if they're not willing to follow through on that, then REFUNDING a pro-rated amount for shipping would be satisfactory If they don't want to figure up what a prorated amount would be based on weight and size of items, then half the shipping back would seems reasonable I think the shipping I paid was (it's hard to tell, but they can verify or modify that), so would be half Regards, [redacted]

Terrible customer service and rude aswell

I have never done a review beforeI guess I have always had pretty good serviceThis however has not been the case with this companyI ordered some paper fuse from Mortars and Tubes online and a half months agoIt took about a month before I got my package in the mailI didn't receive what I ordered, so I then emailed their customer serviceThey responded quickly and told me they would work to correct the issueA couple weeks went by and I hadn't heard what was being doneI then emailed againDidn't hear anything after a few days so I emailed againThey finally responded and told me they were waiting for a shipment and would send the fuse as soon as possible So I asked when to expect itI didn't get a responseI waited a few more weeks and sent another emailI waited amother month and still haven't heard anythingI was hoping to get the fuse to put together a firework show at the end of this monthIt has been a frustrating experience and wouldn't recommend this store to anyoneOrder your fuse somewhere else

We are sorry about this issue but I can not find any emails from you since our previous communicationYes the other items are on back-order There should have been a note in the package*** did give you a store credit for the shipping chargesPlease let us know if you want to
wait for the rest or to cancel that portion. Thank you

This is the most worthless company I have ever done business with, it took days for this company to process and ship out my merchandise after I ordered it, ( at least I think they shipped it out, that on hasn't been seen yet, I only just now received an email stating its been processed)In the days I have sent them separate emails all of which had been ignored and not one of them answeredDefiantly stay away from this company, they absolutely suck!!!

Please re-read the original attachment in which a representative from Mortar Tubes on line told me that was not necessary and to KEEP the 12'tubes(cause it was their mistake). Mortar Tubes On line needs to refund my monies or ship me my original order for the 15" plugged mortar tubes (30ea)They can place a return label inside the box containing my Each 15" tubes. Once I have received the right tubes I will be more than happy to send them back their original mistake and finally be done with this business Regards,

I ordered some paper fuse from Mortars and Tubes online 3 and a half months ago. It took about a month before I got my package in the mail. I didn't receive what I ordered, so I then emailed their customer service. They responded quickly and told me they would work to correct the issue. A couple weeks went by and I hadn't heard what was being done. I then emailed again. Didn't hear anything after a few days so I emailed again. They finally responded and told me they were waiting for a shipment and would send the fuse as soon as possible. So I asked when to expect it. I didn't get a response. I waited a few more weeks and sent another email. I waited amother month and still haven't heard anything. I was hoping to get the fuse to put together a firework show at the end of this month. It has been a frustrating experience and wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Order your fuse somewhere else.

I don't want to wait for the other items (I've already purchased them from another business that got them to me in three days, literally less than 72 hours).  So I would like to cancel the outstanding items and be reimbursed the cash for them.
I would also like the seller to honor their promise to "REFUND the shipping fees for the troubles."  But if they're not willing to follow through on that, then REFUNDING a pro-rated amount for shipping would be satisfactory.  If they don't want to figure up what a prorated amount would be based on weight and size of items, then half the shipping back would seems reasonable.  I think the shipping I paid was 26.92 (it's hard to tell, but they can verify or modify that), so 13.46 would be half.

I ordered fuse from this SO CALLED company back on may 13th. Here it is June 17th and I still have no product to show for the order. They like to appease you and say that it is being processed and you will receive the order shortly, but, unfortunately they never send anything.
STAY AWAY and do not order from this web site.
