Revised the improvements plat, and wrote certified field notes for same, and delivered both to the Title Company Will get the stakes placed (despite adding to the other two stakes already found for center of the Block (which were erroneously placed according to originally marked Block corners in downtown [redacted] and the bearing of [redacted] (US277)We have recovered the originally marked Platted Townsite in the downtown area, and have thereby reconstructed the entire original city blocks It is my observation that the subdivision laws of the State of Texas are not overruled by the adverse posession laws, although there are contentions that the Subdivision laws do not apply to Railroad Blocks of land That issomething that lawsuits have not finally settled But the subdivision laws are quite strongly administered by most all municipalities in the State

I am rejecting this response because:In regards to the response from Mortensen, The only question is When do they plan to reset those pins? We have been waiting for them to do that since early January.Regards,

I'm delighted that you found your corners as we staked them. we found all corners of your neighbor's NE 1/4 of Block 55 except their most SE corner, which the neighborin the SE 1/4 of block 55 has encroached upon. Your NW 1/4 was staked as you requested on 24 February, and all of the stakes fell exactly as we discussed on the telephone.the neighbor in the rent house of NE 1/4 of block 55 was erroneously staked and deeded as the N 1/2 of block 55, as we had discussed and shown to the Title Company. Of course, you had advised us that the City is not concerned about their mislocated curbs, or even your building which projects into 14th street, so they already knew about that before webegan. hopefully you will receive this response, and proceed accordingly.

corners in downtown [redacted] and the bearing of [redacted] (U. the corners were all set last monday, the 27th February, as shown on the revised improvements plat which the Title Company delivered to the complainant.also advised the Title Company last week that the location of carport and residence shown on the improvements plat is no longer correct, since the complainanthas removed both, and built a new house in their place. In addition, wrote certified field notes for the complainants property which were badly lacking in the records, and delivered same to the Title Company as well. I assume that the Title Company also delivered the Field notes to the complainant, although I did not confirm thiswith them.
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: All markers are about 3 feet into neighbors yard, Mortensen suggested they used one original pin on [redacted] , however that mark is now about one foot into property and three feet into neighbors yard. I strongly suggest Mr. Mortensen goes out and physically observes the changes his staff has done. Their original response when we contacted them about this in January, was that they had never found all the other pins there regarding the neighbors original survey.
