We used Mortenson Roofing to fix some of our broken cement shingles on our house after we purchased it When they came out they did a great job It is difficult to find someone who works on our type of roof Within the last month and a half, our skylight started leaking in our bathroom I called and left several messages with the secretary and answering machine during the last month I have yet to receive a call back from anyone Now the leak has gotten bigger and a large section of our bathroom ceiling will have to be replaced/repaired after we get the roof fixed I'm not sure why they are not calling back even to schedule something or just to contact me Apparently they don't seem to be to interested in repairs and maybe are only going after the big jobs Unfortunately when our roof does need a full replacement which I'm guessing will be in the figure range we will have to look elsewhere It is unfortunate since the first experience was so positive Not sure what has changed but now I have additional costs since I have waited for so long for a response

I've had work done on my 73 year old home which by the way has a slate roof by Mortenson Roofing Co. several times and I have never had to call this company back because of an issue with their work. Their work ethic is impeccable and second to none. They arrive on time, do their work and only after they complete the job do you get a bill. Not only is their craftsmanship top notch but so are their sales staff. I've only worked with Ken S. and I've found him to be knowlegeable in his trade and honest. There are not a lot of roofing craftsman who are knowlegeable about the classic slate and tile roofs. I will continue to be a faithful customer as they know my neighborhood and my property. Thank You Mortenson for helping my family maintain the beauty of our home.
