I purchased continuing education from this company after calling and verifying with their customer service agent which classes I needed to take as per my state requirements. I took those classes and it turns out that they advised me to sign up for the wrong set of classes. When I asked them to return the fee for the incorrect class ($30) they said that I already took the class so they could not refund. Why in the world would I take a class that I did not need as well as wasting my time to do it? Their customer service has been very irresponsive in this matter, giving vague answers and not then just not responding to my latest email.
We would be happy to refund $30 to resolve this issue. Some states require a state specific CE requirement and Arizona is one of those states. On the initial order the state of Arizona wasn't selected so that 1 hour course was not provided to the student.
