The Sales Manager reviewed the loan documents and discussed the transaction with the Loan Officer as well as the borrower, [redacted] *** All disclosures accurately reflected that the borrower was bringing in cash to close without down payment assistance The borrower received, signed, and returned all disclosures to Mortgage Express before closing Mr [redacted] had days to review the closing disclosure which also accurately reflected this information before signing his closing documents Mr [redacted] acknowledged that he did not reach out to his Loan Officer to clarify the disclosures and required funds to close that were reflected on all his disclosures.However,due to the lack of communication between the Loan Officer and Mr***'s misunderstanding of the loan program Mortgage Express is compensating the borrower the amount requested Mr [redacted] has accepted this resolution and stated he is now satisfied with the outcome
