Revdex.com complaint, we launched an internal investigation to discover the root of Mr***'s unhappiness. During the loan process, Mr*** indicated he would prefer to work with different loan originator versus our licensed loan originator, *** ***At that time, Vice President reached out to Mr*** and informed him we would be happy to move him to another originator with our firmMr*** appeared satisfiedMFS even reduced our fees charged to consumers for the inconvenience.On May 24th, MFS closed Mr***'s loan (in less than three weeks...well below industry norms) and Mr*** indicated to Mrs*** *** he was very pleased. On June 21st, Mr*** reached back out to MFS indicating he was unsure where to send his first mortgage payment (due july 1st)Vice President, *** *** informed Mr*** that his first payment coupon was in the closing package he received from the title companyOn June 22, Mr *** reached back out and indicated he could not find the payment couponOn June 23rd, some internal miscommunication occurred regarding who would be sending Mr*** the payment information.As it turns out, Mr*** informed the title company that he had misplaced his original closing documentsMr*** was finally able to get a copy of the address where to make his mortgage payment.As part of the investigation, I have compiled all email correspondence between Mr*** and MFS employees, as well as letters of recommendation from the 3rd parties involved in the transaction raving about our serviceShould you need to review this information, please reach me at *** Again, we strive for delivering excellence to ALL consumersThe Mortgage Financial Services foundation is built on referrals from raving fansWe are sorry to have learned of Mr***'s dissatisfaction but were happy to learn of the 3rd parties appreciation for our diligence in delivering on our promise of customer care.
