Dear [redacted] ,I am sorry to hear there has been some discrepancy with the estimated arrival date and information provided to you during the checkout process.In searching our system via your name and email address I was unable to locate an order number Would you be able to provide that information and I will look to review to see if it is possible to have the order to you by October 7th?

Hello, I do realize you were previously told that you would be added to our Do not call/email list hence why I escalated this to our marketing department.In between the time of our communication it has been learned that your email was added to our do not contact list for direct mailing, but your MOO account was not electronically updated to cease emails and the cross reference of the two was missedSince August 12th you should no longer have received emails from MOO Can confirm if you have received emails after this date?

We received emails from MOO on Augat 10:a.m.; Augat 9:a.mand Augat 10:a.m. I do not understand why you refer to "our account with MOO" when the purpose of the initial contact we made with your company was to request that this account be CLOSED immediately

Dear Ms***, I am terribly sorry for the frustration you have experienced with our marketing campaignsI have escalated this to the Director of Marketing to ensure the email associated with MOO account (***) and the one detailed in the complaint (***) are

This is exactly the same response we received in our two earlier telephone conversations with MOO customer service personnel [redacted] and [redacted] regarding this matter and nothing changed as a result of our prior conversations with MOO customer service.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]..  I see that a Support ticket was created for this incident  (no.[redacted]) and will correspond directly with Moo.com using this incident ticket. I do not have an order number because I did not proceed with the order. When I attempted to check out, I noticed that the stickers would not arrive on time and decided not to order them.
