Very unhappy with the service I receivedRyan *** at Mortgage NOW Incwas very pushy to get me to refinance, when I told him multiple times I was not interested because I was happy with my mortgage paymentsAfter so many calls and being so pushy , he asked if he could just write up some different scenariosI said ok Well little did I know he ran my credit WITHOUT my permission, never once did he mention he would do that nor did he ask meI am highly upset with Ryan *** and on top of that now he wont return my call because he knows he ran my credit unwillinglyNEVER AGAIN !

Review: I applied for an FHA loan which I was told would require an FHA appraisal in order for me to be able to buy a house. I was denied the loan but they scheduled the appraisal for the property anyway. The cost of this appraisal was $450.00. I contend that the appraisal should have never been allowed to be done since the mortgage was denied anyway. I contacted the mortgage company and they responded that they were trying to meet a strict deadline. However, I only authorized the appraisal in order to get this specific house with the mortgage, once the mortgage was denied, they had no right to continue with the process.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to reimburse me for the $450.00 charge since as they contend the appraisal company did the job they were asked by Mortgage Now to do.
