My house appraised 08/28/15 for $475 to refinance my house so that I may purchase a steel building. I been calling [redacted] since NOV no reply.Mortgage Professionals of NC obtained a mortgage for me in Nov 2014. The house was appraised for more than the purchase price of $70,000. I was told by [redacted] to wait six months to refinance my house so that I can put a steel building in my property. After six months I was told by [redacted] it would now take a year to refinance now. On 8/28/15 [redacted] ask for my credit card to charge $475 for a new appraisal for a $20,000 loan increase on my current house loan. He said to call him back in Nov when the house loan would be a year old. I started calling his office in Nov of 2015 left 4 voices messages with no reply at all. After the 4 voices mail I would ask his secretary to leave him a note on his desk to make sure he got my messages cause I was tired of leaving voice mail with no reply back at all. These messages were left from Nov to Jan. On Jan 8, 2016 after leaving all those messages with no one at all calling me back I called for the last time and told them if [redacted] did not return my call by the end of the day that I was going to call the [redacted] of [redacted] the Revdex.com and the [redacted] Since he never called me by the end of the day I called back on Mon 1/11/16 and told them to refund my $475 by the end of the week. [redacted] finally called me on Tue 1/12/16 and said that he was sorry but that he had been busy. I told him that was his problem and that I wanted my money back and that I did not want to do any more business with his company which he said that he had talk to me a few weeks ago when I said "what are you talking about you never called me". The last time we spoke was around August when the money was taken out of my credit card. He said he would not refund a nickel to me so I said I would be calling the [redacted] of NC and that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. All I want is my $475 since he didn't have the time to call me back. The building is coming in Feb 2016 so now I need to come up with $20,000 for the building and another $28,000 for cement and to put the building up. I was told by the company that made the building that if I don't accept the building I would be charged $2,000 a day for storage.Desired SettlementGet my $475 that has been paid from my credit card for services not rendered. I have records of my phone calls to [redacted] to prove that I called him from Nov 2014 till finally he called back on 1/12/2016.
