Some of the letters mentioned were solicitation letters sent out from us. As the person filing the complaint acknowledges, the information was gathered from public recordsThe other letters did not come from us but from other companiesWe will remove the name and not share

Per our records, we only mailed them once. Per the consumer's request, we have removed them from our database and will not be sending any mail to them. We regret the inconvenience caused to them.
