To whom it may concern, Mrs [redacted] started in our program on On the day she was enrolled she was clearly explained our billing structureAlong with being clearly explained our billing structure she also read through and signed our service agreement that once again explains our billing structure Along with understanding our billing structure, she was also explained how our program works and how we operate and she stated she clearly understoodOn Mrs [redacted] contacted us stating that she wanted to cancel her services because she wasn’t seeing resultsWe explained to Mrs [redacted] that if she would simply send in a current bureau credit report (by law we are not allowed to pull a new credit report for her), that we would review that report and send her a full list of all of the work that was completed by Mortgage ReadyMrs [redacted] owes a final payment (explained to her when she enrolled and in the service agreement she read and signed) on for the work done on We do all of our billing days in arrears in accordance with the fair credit reporting actMrs***’s final payment would have been on but her monthly payment on declined and she did not pay her monthly payment on time, it wasn’t until that Mrs [redacted] paid her monthly billWe did not charge Mrs [redacted] a late fee or any fees for that matter besides her monthly paymentIf Mrs [redacted] chooses to send us a current bureau report as we have requested and nothing has been removed since her original credit report then we would be more than happy to look into a refund for herI look forward to receiving a current credit report from Mrs [redacted] and providing her with the results of our work

To whom it may concern, I am unsure what Mrs*** is speaking aboutWe clearly explained to her that the results of our work will be shown on a current credit report and we explained that as soon as Mrs*** sends us a current credit report we will be able to provide her with a detailed list of all the work that we completed on her fileWe send letters on behalf of Mrs*** and the results are mailed directly to her in the mail but the credit bureaus don't have to send the results, in fact most of the bureaus don't which Mrs*** was made aware of when enrolling with usWhat we do, our costs, and our procedures were all made very clear to Mrs***, all of this was also included in her service agreement that she fully read and sign so there should be no surprises on Mrs***'s behalfWe set an estimated date that we believe the customers file may be readyWe do this so that we are able to get an updated current credit report so that we can update the customers fileWe also do this so that the customer is able to see the results of our work but Mrs*** continues to refuse to send us a current credit reportWe will continue to wait for Mrs***'s current credit report so that we can provide her with a full updateThank you

that I was very sorry if she was disappointed with her results and I would like to waive her final payment and possibly provide a refund if this information was trueFrom this point Mrs*** became extremely difficult to work with and wanted her final payment waived based off good faith and refused to provide any actual proof for us that our company didn’t do anythingI explained to Mrs*** that if she would simply send me a current bureau credit report that costs only $and is extremely easy to get, that I would review the report, update her file and provide her with a full explanation of what we were able to do for herI then explained to her that if nothing had been removed that I would waive her final payment and we would discuss a refund at that timeMrs*** has continued to refuse to provide us with the information needed to make a decisionI then further reviewed Mrs***’s file only to find that we had already been able to remove negative items from her credit report and raise her scoreShe stated that we didn’t do the work but someone else did and she didn’t care about her score so she didn’t care that we were able to raise her scoreI explained that the items we removed were on her credit report when we began working on her file and that we sent out letters to have those items removed, so although she says someone else did that work we have every reason to believe that we were the ones that got those items removed from her credit reportAfter I realized that we did get results for Mrs***, I continued to tell her that I would still waive her final payment if nothing more had been removed since if she could just simply provide me with a new report to reviewI explained that we normally don’t do this because results can vary and are not guaranteed and since we had already seen positive results for her, she technically does owe her final paymentMrs*** was completely aware of our billing process as it was explained to her upon enrolling and she also fully read through and signed our service agreement explaining our billing processI did however tell her that I wanted to try and resolve this issue so that she was happy and I would waive her final payment as soon as I got a new credit report, which she has still refused to sendMrs*** then continued to attack myself and my company, when we were simply asking for a current credit report to update her fileAfter she began attacking our reputation, I explained that I would not be able to do anything further for her until I received a new reportWe of course cannot speak to what the bureaus have or have not told Mrs***, as those are separate companiesWe can only speak to what we have doneWe have continued to send letters on Mrs***’s behalf every days as explained to her upon enrollingI understand that Mrs***’s concern is that she believes that nothing has been done over the last few months which is once again why we requested a current bureau reportAt this point I will not provide Mrs*** with a refund because we have done the work that was stated and have seen results from that work, however I will still waive Mrs***’s final payment once she provides me with a current credit report and once I verify that nothing more has been removed from her report since the last credit report we got on I have been very clear with Mrs*** that this is a simple issue to address and I would be more than happy to resolve this issue but it has been impossible to do so when Mrs*** has refused to provide us a new reportI will continue to await Mrs***’s new credit report and look forward to resolving this matter once that happens

I am rejecting this response because: The response was half-truths and did not address the complaint. Yes, I contacted Mortgage Ready to cancel my account with no expectation of getting a refund just wanted to explain that I was disappointed and no longer wanted servicesMortgage Ready responded by stating they would charge me again on 11/22/and 12/22/which surprised meThey did correct their statement by saying they would only charge me one more time on 11/22/Which I responded by stating hey since they performed poorly on my account (during a month period) maybe they should just not charge me on the 22nd of NovemberAll responses I received was essentially they did everything correctly, how they were a great company, there is no guarantee for their services (even though it is implied), and to provide them with my credit report which I can obtain for $from a company called Check Total. I really did not want to spend any more money but just to prove to them how bad they are, I did try to get a 3 bureau report. Unfortunately, because *** is going through internal issues Check Total is unable to provide this report. My only option was to go to the Bureaus directly and pay $for a bureau report which I really do not want to spend any more money. Also, Mortgage Ready did not contract me to perform services for them. I contracted them to perform services for me. They need to prove to me they did the work I was paying for and not the other way around. That being said that was not my complaint; however, that situation did prompt me to investigate into seeing if they did do any services on my behalf. This is the complaint, there has been little work performed on my account even though I was paying them monthly. I reached out to all bureaus to see if disputes actually have been occurring and that's when I became a difficult customer as Mortgage Ready stated. I paid them an initial fee of $and $the subsequent months; however, nothing has been done. I have attached the *** Dispute Log to show this and I will ask *** and *** to also send me a log. *** Only shows one dispute opened on my behalf since I contracted Mortgage Ready which was on 08/03/The one on 06/07/was opened by the prior company that was working for me.*** Only shows two disputes opened on my behalf since I contracted Mortgage Ready which was 10/01/and 11/01/2017.*** Only shows one dispute opened on my behalf since I contracted Mortgage Ready which was on 08/04/2017.Mortgage Ready continues to state they performed as promised in our contract; however, I have no proof to substantiate that claimHowever, I do have proof that they only reached out to *** and *** time in the last months and *** only times in the last months. If you would like to me to also send you the email correspondence between Mortgage Ready and myself, please let me know. I just want to make sure other consumers are aware of this situation so they can make a better decision. This is a sensitive subject and since you do have to invest some time into this process it might better for them to look elsewhere

To Whom It May Concern, We at Mortgage Ready LLC received the complaint from Mr*** this afternoon, and wanted to respond immediatelyWe take customer service extremely seriously, as 100% of our business comes from Mortgage Professionals that pull credit everyday and rely on us to be
the absolute best. Mr*** is disputing a charge of $on behalf of his mother; however we have only ever charged her $237.00, so the amount that he is mentioning is incorrectHis mother however does owe a final payment of $at this time (the payment declined) and that may be where he is getting his numbers from He claims that no work was done when she enrolled, and we respectfully disagree. His mother was sent a personalized optimization plan along with a welcome email and a service agreement clearly explaining our billing procedures, as we operate under the fair credit reporting actThis document was signed by her stating that she understood our billing policy and how our company operatedOur personalized plans vary from credit file to file; in her case it was a point list of literally everything that she can do raise her score. Some examples include: what accounts to open, how to use them for the best point return, what accounts to pay including contact information for the Creditor, and what accounts to not pay off at this timeOn we did send letters to all three major Credit Bureaus to challenge the accuracy and validity of 50% of the customer’s negative accounts Going after more normally causes the entire month’s work to be thrown out and deemed frivolous by the Bureaus, so 50% is the maximum that we recommend attacking. This work included work on separate creditor files, across bureaus, for a total of investigations. We did not bill for that on that was billed on 10.2.16, per us following the strict guidelines of the fair credit reporting act mentioned aboveBy Federal Law the customer receives the results of our work at the address we were given when they enrollThe address they gave us was incorrect; this was at no fault of our own. On Mr*** contacted Mortgage Ready LLC, we determined that he had supplied us with the wrong address entirely, and we informed him that we do need to know where these results should be sent toWe sent him a follow up email on that date to remind him as well, again excellent customer service is very important to usOn Mr*** told us the correct address, it was a POB, but supplied a Driver’s License with a different address. Please understand that Credit Bureau Results contain sensitive personal data, and they aren’t going to send them to an address that they do not already recognize, or they need proof that the customer is living there. We advised him of that fact on 11.7.16, that we need something (Power Bill, Lease, Bank Statement, etc..) to prove address, but he never supplied it. On our Senior Credit Analyst emailed him to see if he wanted to continue without Proof of Address. While work is being done at the Bureaus so there is value, it is being done blindly as we cannot see the results. He did reply, ‘Continue and thank you’. On Mr*** contacted our Senior Credit Analyst and received counseling on exactly how to pay off the items that we listed. We give each of our customers the same tricks of the trade that professional debt settlement companies use, customer’s settle on average for around 40-55% of what is posted using this method. We do not charge for this as we are not Debt Consolidators, we teach customers what they need to know to get out of debt on their own. On 12.2.16, four days later, his monthly payment for the previous month’s work declinedWe called and emailed him multiple times but we received no reply. Today, our Accounting Manager did send him an email with an invoice for this work, and we received a reply that he believed that we were a fraud. Our Senior Credit Analyst did reply at length, summarizing what was done, and asking him when he wanted the final payment to be run. He replied asking that we not contact him anymore. Again, Mortgage ready LLC takes customer service extremely seriouslyAt this point we not find any merit behind this complaintWe are sorry that Mr*** did not find our company and what we do helpful, however we did do exactly what we said we would do for his mother. We are extremely open to any new facts should the customer or the Revdex.com bring them to our attention, but in our review of this file we have done everything possible for this customer. Professional Credit Restoration is a team effort between the customer and the company; we need to know correct personal information, correct, addresses, etcfor the results to arrive at the customer’s mailbox. To whom it may concern,We understand and have understood that Mrs*** is upset and I have tried several times to resolve this issue but Mrs*** has been uncooperative. When Mrs*** first contacted us she wanted to not pay her final payment and in her opinion is was a simple and easy fix but that is simply not the caseI run a company and I cannot simply give away money that was rightfully earned without a reason, nor would any other companyWhen a customer contacts us with a complaint, I will do everything I can to address that compliant including but not limited to, waiving their final payment, refunding partial or whole payments, working on a customer’s file for free, etcI am willing to do these types of things once the issue has been looked into and proof has provided that the results were not satisfactoryIn Mrs***’s case, she has not been willing to provide any proof of what she statedMrs*** is stating that nothing negative has been removed from her credit reportIf this was truly the case and not Mrs*** simply not wanting to pay any more money then she should have no issues with providing us with a current credit reportMrs*** states that she has been unable to get a credit report for one reason or another but I find that extremely hard to believeThe credit report that she provided us with, when she began our program was from her mortgage brokerMost of our customers go back to their mortgage broker and ask for a new report, which is simple and easy to doIf a customer does not have a mortgage broker, then can go to a certain website and pull a new report for only $Mrs*** states that she can’t do this either, but none of other customers have ever had any issue with this so I am not sure why it has been so complicated for Mrs***. Mrs*** stated that *** was having internal issues but this has not been a problem for any other person we have worked withAlong with that when I contacted this site, they stated that if *** was having internal issues this would not interfere with a customer getting a credit reportEither way, I will need a current credit report in order to move forward, and will continue to stand by thisMrs*** states that it is our responsibility to prove that nothing has been done but that is not the caseMortgage Ready does not pull credit on any of our customers because if we did it would lower a customer’s score which is counterproductive to what we are trying to do vs if a customer pulls at the site we provide it would be a soft pull so it does not affect their credit. Like I have stated before, if I was this unsatisfied with a company I would have zero problem providing proof so that I could receive a refund (or whatever resolution I was looking for), but Mrs*** still refusesMrs***s is stating that in my previous response I did not address the issue and this is also untrueWhen Mrs*** first contacted me it was because she was unsatisfied with the results, now Mrs*** has turned her original issues into different issues, so I am addressing all of the issues she has statedI cannot control what the credit bureaus tell people nor can I control what they keep on fileI do however know that the credit bureaus are notorious for providing information along with incorrectly reporting itemsThis being said I can control what my company does and we did exactly what we stated we would do to Mrs*** when she originally signed up with our companyI also know that Mrs*** has been in credit repair previously with another company and had issues with that company as well, which leaves room for questioning in regards to why she continues to have issues with every company she works withI fully stand by my company and what we have done and the services provided for Mrs***. Mrs*** has stated that nothing has been done on her credit report but the only way to know this 100% would be to compare a new credit report to her original report and since she has stated she doesn’t have a new report nor can she get one, I am unsure how Mrs*** has reached this conclusionMonitoring her credit is not always accurate and does not provide a full picture so this is not actual proof that nothing has been done. Mrs*** is stating that she has proof that we only provided services for one month and this is simply not the case eitherLike I stated above the credit bureaus are notorious for being inaccurate and providing informationWe make our services extremely easy to use and provide amazing resultsObviously Mrs*** does not feel this is true and I will continue to be willing to resolve this issue with Mrs*** once she does provide me with a current credit report. structure.  Along with understanding our billing structure, she was also explained how our program works and how we operate and she stated she clearly understood. On 1.8.18 Mrs. [redacted] contacted us stating that she wanted to cancel her services because she wasn’t seeing results. We explained to Mrs. [redacted] that if she would simply send in a current 3 bureau credit report (by law we are not allowed to pull a new credit report for her), that we would review that report and send her a full list of all of the work that was completed by Mortgage Ready. Mrs. [redacted] owes a final payment (explained to her when she enrolled and in the service agreement she read and signed) on 2.5.18 for the work done on 1.5.18. We do all of our billing 30 days in arrears in accordance with the fair credit reporting act. Mrs. [redacted]’s final payment would have been on 1.28.18 but her monthly payment on 12.28.17 declined and she did not pay her monthly payment on time, it wasn’t until 1.5.17 that Mrs. [redacted] paid her monthly bill. We did not charge Mrs. [redacted] a late fee or any fees for that matter besides her monthly payment. If Mrs. [redacted] chooses to send us a current 3 bureau report as we have requested and nothing has been removed since her original credit report then we would be more than happy to look into a refund for her. I look forward to receiving a current credit report from Mrs. [redacted] and providing her with the results of our work.

I am rejecting this response because:As the company is aware of inquiries hurt and no I don't understand why I have to pull my report so everready can show me what work they have done on my behalf. I see my credit report everyday [redacted] has a client web site showing their work along with every and all updates.I can see everything as it is happening. Plain and simple I am the unsatisfied customer and I shouldn't have to go look for the work that everready has or has not done. What I do know Is they can't or won't and haven't produced any results and I don't feel like I should have paid anything much less give them any more money.

Attached is the contract between Mortgage Ready and myself.  Also I attached the email string from Mortgage Ready and me that prompted my investigation into their actions.  I also attached the dispute log from [redacted] again. The contract states they are supposed to send disputes out every month but [redacted], nor [redacted] has no record of any disputes every month.  I really am not expecting much, I just want other consumers to be aware that they might not get what they paid for.  This type of service requires time to see results and it will take awhile to figure out if it the company is doing their part and unfortunately if they are not, too much money and time has been wasted.

My credit score increased tremendously within 30 days and most of the negative items that were reported on my credit report were removed.
