Review: during the sales process with [redacted] (one of the owners) we were promised this software would provide us with certain functionality. the first day we loaded it, we realized there were a number of basic problems which indicated clearly that it was not designed to do what we needed to it do. he also promised us that we would be up and running within a couple of days and here we are more than a month later, after countless hours working with a far less than average support system at a point exactly where we were a month ago - it will simply not work for our business. in fact we seem to spend more time training the support staff than the other way around - a hopeless situation.

the advice we were given by Bob - the tech guy (and another one of the owners) was that we should change our business model to suit their software.

they have shown no inclination or resources to provide support to their program and software

we are STILL trying to get them to return the $7 000 we gave them on the strength of their misrepresentations to us

we have tried everything to get them to work with us - they will not listen to us, they keep telling us the program is designed to do what we need - but it absolutely is not - the fact that we discovered that they only have one other client doing what we are doing supports that positionDesired Settlement: all we want is for them to refund our $7 000 so we can buy a decent program that can actually provide us the functionality we need to function in this business
