Contacted them to come out and remove squirrels from my attic Their *** *** came out on Dec12, inspected my home and gave me an estimate of $to fix the points of entry and disinfect the area I was told that the team would come out Dec15th to do the work On Dec15th, I received a text stating that they were overbooked and cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for Dec17th On Dec17th, the *** *** could not make the appointmentI t was rescheduled for Dec18th At am on Dec18th, I received another text stating that they could not come out and would have to reschedule again After three cancellations, I had to get the job done I also noticed that they billed my debit card for the full amount as a depositwhich I was NEVER told that they were going to bill my card for the full amount
At that point, I contacted another company to do the work This company came out the same day, set traps and started removing the squirrels in the attic
On 10/27/I hired First Coast Wildlife Services to trap the raccoons in my yardI have security cameras and have seen multiple ones getting into our pool and I saw one at that time falling over while drinking from our poolWhen I spoke with my *** and called the city, there is an outbreak of distemper which can be dangerous for my petsThus why I paid $for days, $a day to have the raccoons trappedI was assured by *** *** the *** that First Coast provided hour a day day a week service for if a cn was trapped or if the trap needed food or resettingHe put out a small trap but on 10/28/a trapper came and placed a larger trapHe showed my *** how to open it if a cat was trapped, he placed a tied up rubber glove with dog food inside the trapShe advised him we were not living there because of Hurricaine recovery and that we would be out of town the next weekendHe assured us that he would be coming routinely to check and rebait/ reset the

An *** of *** which is the pest control division of First Coast Wildlife Services, LLC was contracted by my *** to perform bat remediation work He told my *** that there were entry points on our connected townhouses that would allow the bats that left his townhouse to find domicile in ours To prevent them from coming in our homes, he stated that he could seal the entry points on our roof by cement caulking and placing wire mesh with a cement compound around vents After he gave the quote of $to seal points on the roof, I told him it was excessive and all he would be doing was sealing and not remediation I then told him no but he scared us so bad with possible getting bats in our roof that we accepted the excessive bill I settled for entry points for a price of $ The job took minutes for both townhouses which shared the common roof After making such a rash decision from pure fear, I felt that the individual took advantage of me and my
