I am rejecting this response because: claims once againI was told to purchase a different material before the classes beginI have record of thatSecondlly you brought in a specialist to teach 2/sections of the bookthe other sections of the book were taught by the owner who was not certified and had told the class and myself that he HAD the certificationSexondly, I developed a common courtesy friendship with this owner I was under the impression we were acquaintances until Inhet asked if I could help him out and see if my father’s firm was hiring On top of that, I found out during class while this specialist was teaching class for one day, this same owner was in the class room diagonal of from me sneaking pictures of me on his iphoneThats harassment at its finest and all I am seeking is my money back

However, we want our students to receive the best possible instruction so a series 7 options and margin specialist was hired to assist the instructor for your class and still teams up with that instructor for the most comprehensive series 7 prep class. We are bewildered by your complaint. You passed your exam using our class, our materials and our suggestions for study. You mentioned that you had hit a “brick wall” with the course materials that were provided with the class, so you were recommended to purchase another vendor.  We were happy to learn you passed your series 7 with an impressive 88.
