This vehicle in question was a very nice ride which had been properly inspected and was being sold which I explained to the customer.She overlooked the vehicle and she said she would take it without even test driving the vehicleSo I said OK come on in lets do the paper workWhich she did, and by the way she did sign a BUYERS GUIDE stating on the vehicle in questionSo she can say what she wants about me or this establishment but any customer that I have had prior dealings with will gladly tell you that I DO NOT mislead people in the purchase of there vehiclesIt is your responsibility as the buyer to over look the car before you make the decision to buy it and not come back mad at the dealership which had no known knowledge of this issues with the vehicle and bad mouth us after we offered to help get the part and even offered her a discount rate at my mechanicWhich as we all know this is more then I am required to do anyway on a sell and not to mention I replaced the messed up hoses and bye-pass for free so if any one should have any questions concerning the way I handled this matter feel free to contact us at ###-###-####-NO WARRANTY BOX STATES (YOU WILL PAY FOR ALL COST FOR ANY REPAIRS) The dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
He did not offer to find a mechanic he wanted to use his which I didn't feel was reliableInstead wanted to use my own mechanic and asked for him to pay the bill for the repairWhich he never respondedI have not slandered him or his companyMy mother asked on *** if anyone had problems with this dealership and was not aware of this until a few days later to which the owner of C&c told me to control my parents that he isn't going to repair anythingI honestly don't believe he ever wasHe told me everything was in great working order and that its a nice car and had me sign the sale of the car before I even got to test drive the carThen stayed he would fix the heating core After the coolant flooded the floorboard, and smoke coming out of the dash as I was driving.I just want the matter settledIf he could just pay the bill for the part and repairThe tire rod on the front is needing to be replaced now as wellI really just want him to pay the bill to repair the heating core
