Review: On October **, I called the company to inquire about a moving job. I specifically asked the procedure and the cost. I was told $102.00 per hour. I scheduled an appointment for October **.
The job started at 8:50 am and ended at 9:50 am. 1 Hour and 30 minutes for a total of $154.00.
When the job was completed at 10:20 am, I was presented with a bill for $204.00.
When I inquired why it was that amount, I was told there was an additional fee of $51.00 for travel time.
When I called on October **, no mention was ever made for travel time. Just $102 per hour.
I was intentionally mislead to believe it was $102.00 per hour. Had I known about the travel fee, I would have not hired the company.Desired Settlement: Refund of $51.00
