I purchased to two Weepod Basix potty seats last year (one for the main floor bathroom and one for the upstairs bathroom). The reviews were all 4 or 5 stars, so I figured I couldn’t go wrong. However, my son continued to pee over the shield and when pee did actually hit the shield it didn’t drop down into the toilet, it actually pooled on the toilet seat. Every visit to the potty was a disaster to clean up so I went online and tried another 2 of PLH potty seats. This time I went with the Weepod Toilet Trainer and the above mentioned issue was actually worse. I preceded to put these next to brand new potty seats in a box and never used again. In the meantime, a friend mentioned the same problem and said she had reached out to PLH but never heard back. I decided to reach out too. I called a total of 35 times and my call was NEVER returned. When I did finally catch someone on the phone, they had me produce my receipts via email. I was promised a call from a customer service manager which
