On August 19, 2015, Morton’s arrived to the *** residence to
complete the contracted Lawn InstallationThe contract called for rock hounding and hand raking of the lawn areaThe front yard rock hounding was completed without an issueThe back yard was not accessible with our equipment do to the spacing between houses and new construction in the rear of the homeMorton’s did hand rake the area to remove rocks and debrisWe then installed topsoil, seed, straw and fertilizer as contractedWhen Mr*** arrived home he notified me that he thought there were some areas of the lawn that still showed some of the previous existing weedsI notified him that we would come back and complete any touch up work to satisfy his requestWe returned on August 20th to cut down any weeds and any install additional topsoil, seed straw and fertilizer to satisfy his requestAs with any new lawn it takes 4-for germination and growing seasons to be establishedOn Sept17th I stopped at the *** residence to review the lawnI notified him that the lawn was coming in nicely and that he should continue watering and must fertilize the lawn againOn October 1st we received a call from Mr***'s motherShe said that he was not happy with the lawnOn Oct2, I returned to Mr***'s house and told him that the front yard was ready for mowing and that he needs to fertilize the for proper growthAny treatment for weeds cannot be completed until after the 3rd mowingOn Oct2nd Mr*** responded to my email notifying me to stop contacting him about the lawn in a vulgar mannerHe then emailed me to notify me that if I contacted him again it would be harassmentOn Oct, 6th we received a notice from your office.
